Every box we pack gets a label. It says which room it came from, which room it goes to, and what is inside. That small label is the heart of how we work. It means nothing gets lost, nothing gets mixed up, and nothing gets handled carelessly.
But the label also carries a bigger promise. When we write "handle with care" on a box, we mean it for the whole move, not only for the fragile things. Thick cartons, bubble wrap, foam sheets, stretch film, corner guards and wooden crates for delicate items. Good material costs a little more, but it is the main reason things reach safely, so we never cut corners here.

Insurance, explained simply
Accidents on the road are rare, but they can happen. We offer transit insurance so your goods are covered while they travel, and we explain what it covers in plain words before you decide.

Home, office, bike, car, storage or overseas. Booking everything with one company means fewer phone calls, one plan that fits together and one bill at the end.
Every box has a story. We pack it that way.
Most damage in a move happens because of poor packing, not poor driving. That is why we never use one method for everything. A glass bowl, a wardrobe and a television each need something different, and our packers carry the right material for each.
Plates and glasses are wrapped one by one and packed standing up. The TV, fridge and washing machine go in their original boxes if you have them, or in foam and thick cartons. Beds and wardrobes are opened where possible, wrapped in foam and stretch film, and their screws are kept in marked bags. Books go in small boxes so no box is too heavy to lift. Mirrors, paintings and puja items get extra layers and, when needed, a custom wooden crate.
Then each box is labelled by room and listed. When we arrive at your new home, the kitchen boxes go to the kitchen and the bedroom boxes go to the bedroom. It sounds simple, and it saves you hours.

Questions people ask before a move
It is normal to have many questions before moving. Here are the ones we hear most often. If yours is not here, just call us. We are happy to explain.
Read all questionsHow early should I book my move?
Two to three weeks before is ideal, especially near the start or end of a month when many people move. For small local moves, a few days' notice often works too.
Do you give a fixed price?
Yes. You get a written quote before the move. The price only changes if the move itself changes, and we always agree on that with you first.
Can you move just my bike or car?
Yes. You can book bike or car transport on its own, or add it to your house shifting so everything arrives together.
Are my things insured during the move?
We offer transit insurance at an extra cost. Your move manager will explain what it covers and help you choose.
Do I need to be at home on moving day?
It is best if you or someone you trust is there to check the item list and sign at pickup and at delivery.
What should I pack myself?
Keep cash, jewellery, important papers, medicines and your laptop with you. We can pack everything else.
